Shipping Policy

Delivery Options

We currently ship orders via Royal Mail within the UK. You can select from the following options at checkout:

  1. Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-5 working days.

  2. Tracked and Signed Delivery: Estimated 2-3 working days.

 

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and the weight of your order.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £75.

 

Order Tracking

If you select Tracked and Signed Delivery, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Returns Policy

 

Perishable Goods

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as biltong, drywors, or frozen meat.

 

Non-Perishable Goods

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of non-perishable items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence to assess the issue.
